Margaret Teeling-Uitvlugt is a Southern Gothic fantasy author, educator, musician, and storyteller whose work blends folklore, mystery, history, and emotionally immersive worldbuilding. Deeply inspired by New Orleans, music, mythology, and the beauty found within memory and human connection, her stories often explore family, legacy, love, loss, and the magic hidden beneath everyday life.
A lifelong lover of literature, history, and the arts, Margaret has spent over two decades as an educator and professional musician. She began writing fiction following a life-changing medical experience that inspired her to finally bring the worlds and characters she had carried within her imagination to life.
She is currently working on multiple projects, including the Willow Chronicles, Evangeline, and The Real Santa Claus.
